Established in 1997, Ningbo LongKang Intelligent Instrument Company Ltd., is the pioneer specializing in the design and production of intelligent water meters in China. The company has since then been devoted in the field of intelligent water meters.

We holds 20 patents for intelligent water meters, among which, 5 of the inventions were elected to be the No. 1 in technology Innovation in the intelligent water meter industry in China for four consecutive years. Our Pilot Valve Prepayment Water Meter features low-power consumption, high reliability and long life, in addition to having an innovative structure and exceptional metering performance. The innovative Power-Free Direct Reading Remote Transmission Water Meter utilizes a non-touch resistance coding structure and jump wheel to read water usage data directly from the wheel, instead of using pulse sampling, resulting in precise direct-reading without electronic and mechanical errors while resolving the power supply problem of pulse meters.

Our new discovery of aluminum alloy material, "LK-Alloy", is highly superior in mechanical property, and is for the first time, being used to produce ceramic alloy for meter housings. Compared with copper-based materials, "LK-Alloy" is much lighter, rust-free, causes no secondary population on water quality, and is much lower in cost. It is the best substitute to copper housing.

Our production plant in China occupies 20, 000 square meters of land with a production capacity of one million per annum for intelligent water meters alone. The imported production lines for housing casting and numerical control precision processing are capable of producing housing castings, numerical control precision processing, controls, valves, as well as machine assembly. With our own mould processing workshop, we are able to integrate design and production to quickly produce customized products according to customer′s specific requirements. We have obtained ISO 9001 quality certification and have set up a quality assurance system facilitated by professional testing equipment for testing various performance parameters to ensure reliability and stability of the intelligent water meters.

We not only produce fittings and components such as meter housings, base meters, valves and controllers for many water meters manufacturers, but also make structural component products or provide OEM/ODM services to many companies. Products and software systems in English, French and Spanish languages are available for overseas customers while adjustment or redevelopment of product functionalities is also possible. The products are now being exported to countries in South America and Africa and overseas market expansion continues to be our key direction.
